She manages the operations of a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital, where she provides expert care for preterm and critically ill newborns. Her clinical interests include neonatal ventilation, high-risk delivery management, and parental counselling. Dr. Prasad is also an active academician, contributing to research, conference presentations, and mentoring NICU fellows.
