Dr. Aritra Konar completed his MBBS from North Bengal Medical College & Hospital, and MD (Medicine) and DM (Cardiology) from R G Kar Medical College & Hospitals. He has acquired procedural skills in Coronary angiography and angioplasty, peripheral angiography and angioplasty, Pacemaker implantation, BMV, BPV and so on and so forth.Dr. Konar has been a part of several international publications including “A rare case of double infarction treated with Primary percutaneous coronary intervention (Short communication).” and “Prevalence of AHRE and the risk factors in Indian patients with CIED : A real life data – Accepted by Journal of Arrhythmia”. He has also conducted extensive research on ‘Coronary artery disease in young Indians’ and ‘An echocardiography-based case control study.’Dr. Konar, who has previously worked as a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at Anandaloke Hospital, Siliguri, currently holds the same position at Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals, Kolkata.
