He has a special interest in growth disorders, diabetes, premature sexual maturation, thyroid, and obesity. Dr. Kochar is known for his extensive knowledge and expertise in dealing with a wide range of health conditions, including diabetes in children, insulin treatment, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes management, thyroid swelling, parathyroid diseases, and hypertriglyceridemia.

Established Paediatric Endocrine Departments in various hospitals in India and the UAE.
Experience working in institutions in the UK, including Great Ormond Street Hospital, London.
