Dr. Kalaichelvi is one of the best and most experienced Medical oncologists in Chennai, currently associated with Apollo Hospitals. She has dedicated more than two decades of her long medical career to treating and helping all sorts of patients. She has nearly 16 years of strong experience in treating women with severe issues such as ovarian, endometrial, and cervical cancers, and gestational trophoblastic as well as rare gynecological malignancies.Dr. Kalaichelvi has also served as a Professor and Head Department of the Department of Medical Oncology with the prestigious Madras College, Chennai. She has participated in multiple research and trial projects for studying and improving the treatment of cancer in the country. She is also taking up cases of pediatric oncology and is a member of various prestigious medical organizations such as the Indian Society of Medical and Pediatric Oncology and the Tamil Nadu Medical and Pediatric Oncologist Society.
