Dr. Kornard P Kosygan is a senior consultant orthopedic surgeon at India’s pioneering healthcare provider, Apollo Hospitals (Chennai). Dr. Kosygan has over 25 years of experience in Orthopedics, specializing in trauma, sports injury and joint replacement. Voted ‘India’s most Inspiring Orthopedic Surgeon’ in 2019, he is highly sought after for his skills and expertise in advanced trauma and joint reconstruction surgery. Having practiced in the United Kingdom and India, he received a ‘Clinical Excellence’ Award from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in 2018 and has been treating patients from over 30 countries, including from the United Kingdom, South and Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa. He was instrumental in setting up the joint replacement ward and robotic joint replacement surgery at Apollo hospital, Chennai.
