IMPORTANT NOTICE:

As of April 2025, the Indian Medical Visa Online Application Form includes a new requirement: the Medical Visa Reference Number. This reference number is generated by Indian hospitals through the Indian Government's AYUSH portal.

Below are the latest guidelines for Indian hospitals to issue Medical Visa Letters via the AYUSH portal to comply with the new Indian Government requirements, including the Medical Visa Reference Number.

IMPORTANT:

NO CHANGES/CORRECTIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE AFTER THE VISA INVITATION LETTER IS ISSUED BY THE HOSPITAL.
The hospital must upload your information to the Indian Government AYUSH website to generate the Visa Invitation Letter. Once generated, the AYUSH website does not permit the hospital to issue another letter.
Please ensure all provided information is accurate. Pay close attention to correctly provide details of the patient, attenders, Indian High Commission, IVAC, date extension, etc.
