The AYUSH Visa letter is a system generated letter produced by the Hospital by entering key patient related info in the Indian FRRO (Foreigners Registration Office) website. Is Appointment letter and Invitation letter the same thing?

No. We have observed that the IVAC requests for both the AYUSH Invitation letter (a system generated letter from the FRRO Portal) created by the Indian Hospital, and a Doctor Appointment Letter from the hospital.
